Counselling is a type of talking therapy that allows a person to talk about their problems and feelings in a confidential and dependable environment. A counsellor is trained to listen with empathy (by putting themselves in your shoes).
I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor registered with the BACP with experience of Person Centred, CBT, EFT, NLP, Gestault and Focusing therapy. This means that I am able to personalise the style of counselling to suit you and guiding you to release any unconscious blocks.
I offer a professional, non-judgemental, confidential service for clients who need a safe place, and we work through those difficult emotions and issues together. You can choose to come to my office or have online counselling via Skype. It's not easy facing your problems but I am here to accompany you in your journey.
